Introducing my 321 Training Method  developed for my clients while on movie locations around the world. My unique program of 3 Cardio, 2 Circuit and 1 Core Segment combined with a healthy nutrition plan will effectively transform your body helping you to achieve your weight loss goals while toning and shaping lean muscles.

This workout can be done in your home or at a gym and all you will need is: 

-Some form of Cardio (you can use stairs or go for a run)
-Exercise Bench
-Weights: 5, 8 and 10 lb dumbells.
