321 Exercise Tips
    With only one month left this Summer, who wants to spend time inside a gym! We all want to keep our bodies looking lean and mean but don’t have enough time in the day to do it! Well I’m going to let you in on one of the secrets that will get you in and out of the gym in under an hour: COMPOUND EXERCISES!

    What are they? Compound exercises are multi-joint movements that work several muscles at once. It’s very efficient way to train, saving time, burning fat, and building more muscles by recruiting more muscle fibers in one exercise. Many compound exercises are Functional Fitness exercises; these are exercises that strengthen you for real life situations, helping you to feel strong and prevent possible injury.
   
    Sample Compound Exercise:   SQUAT & PRESS. This exercise mimics lifting a heavy box and placing it onto a high shelf. This is One of my favorite moves with clients because it targets almost all the muscles in the body in one efficient exercise!
